"I could have taken the stairs in half the time. Yes, she was always around." "She was sort of bossy and grouchy. A lot of people didn't like her." "She was interesting, though." "Yes. Colorful." The door opened slowly. The light was a pale yellow. A room full of eyes inspected me without pretense. The door closed.
