This is sooo very sweet, of course I am partial to drawings of babies, infants, and children because I have 5 adorable granddchildren and they are my favorite subjects! You have done an awesome job here because I have noticed that people have difficulty (self included)portraying the likeness of a baby. I think you have a caprtured a beautiful moment in time here and that smile is priceless!
