great start-the ear is a bit small--try some more shadings-more contrast will work too.but good work on the rest

I knew it was on the smallish side and should have fixed it, but for some reason just didn't.
The face is great I think on this one the shading behind the neck
could continue this way it would be a softer look I don't see the
