I have been playing with pastels.Of course I don't have any idea of what to do or what I am doing but it is fun to experiment with new toys...I mean mediums : ) I welcome any critiques or advise anyone has...it is nice to do something a little less detailed and of course color is wonderful to play with.Thank you for looking...vickie

Colours are tones just the same as when you are working with pencil. When I paint I like to think I am drawing in colour. Does that help.Emily Reed 31 May 2008
