Mako in Concert

My AW friend *Armando Salas* has made this cartoon of my sister Mako. She has a big concert coming up at the end of March in Hiroshima. My family are very excited for her and are really looking forward to it. Maybe Mako is going to compose a song especially for Armando! Mako is handicapped but has a great musical talent. She can lsten to some music maybe only once but can remember it note for note! +++++++++++++++++++++ Spanish Cartoonist: Armando Salas : http://www.artwanted.com/artist.cfm?ArtID=10854 +++++++++++++++++++++

Glad to know you've uploaded the cartoon and looking for Mako's happy SCREAM :-) If our talented Mako writes the comment in Japanese, please translate it for me. You know: only... KORE WA HON OMOSHIROI DESU :-) Looking for "Hiromi Flamenco Dancer" as well, full of illusion. Mako: if you promise something to a Spaniard, you must do it :-) By the way, I'm totally sure you'll get an espectacular success on your concert. Best of luck, talented girl. I truly hope our beautiful Hiromi will inform about the concert to us.--- It's too late but... after I finished this cartoon I thought it could be funny to draw the kitty while sweeping the musical notes with a broom :-) Next time, perhaps...

Hi Hiromi! Fantastic catoon of your sister by a great cartoonist! Bravo, Armando! I wish your sister great success! You have probably heard of Itzhak Perlman, an Israeli-American violinist, conductor, and pedagogue, who is one of the most distinguished violinists of the late 20th century. Perlman contracted polio at the age of four. He made a good recovery, learning to walk with the use of crutches. Today, he generally uses crutches for mobility and plays the violin while seated. So you see that a handicap is no obstacle if you are talented. Best regards to you and your sister!

Fantastic Work, Hiromi! Wishing Mako Great Success! In Canada a Great Musician, Jeff Healey just passed away at 41. He was blind and could play the guitar like You would'nt believe! He fought cancer all of his life. It did not stop Him from being successful! We are All Capable of Great Success, even with dissabilities! Wishing You and Your Family the Best!

Hello Hiromi and Mako...Mako seems to me as a beautiful talented woman with excellent hearing for music. I also by the way used to play few musical instruments (including the Piano ), and nowadays if I play it's only from hearing...the notes i almost forgot , since not really playing for years.. I'm very glad that she'll have this concert, Hiromi and Mako. Wishing Mako best of luck...SUCCESS And LIFE'S best offers. Excited for your family, ..Love to you Hiromi and your family xx Nira
