Falling Clouds

We had been hiking all day out of Sunrise Visitors Center (at Mt. Rainier Nat'l Park), and only got an occasional glimpse at the mountain. The winds were very strong and the clouds seemed to race across the sky. One minute the sun was out, the next it was raining. We saw so many rainbows as we hiked the 4-mile trail to Skyscraper Mt. We were on our way home when we stopped at Sunrise Point to get the photo of this amazing view of Mt. Rainier. At least we did get to see her that day!! I wish this was a video, instead of a photograph, so you could see the motion of the clouds coming over the top of the mountain and falling down the frontside....it was like a waterfall. Nature is so awesome!!! Thanks for stopping by... :)
