Acrylic on Canvas 20 X 16 Inches 51 X 40.5 cm Concert Reunion portrays a man and woman locked in embrace while the spotlights continue to shower them in a diffused light. The viewer is left to wonder if the figures are only embracing to reunite for the purposes of the concert, or if there is also an alternate element present. Painted almost completely in dark tones, and shapes reminiscent of Picasso’s Old Guitarist but with the free flowing brush strokes and blending styles of an Edvard Munch work.
