I found this china plate at a flea market and had to buy it, it was begging to be painted. (It's hard to shop with so much begging going on : ) And of course, with such a bright plate, it begged for bright flowers and a spot in the sun. I can't offer prints of this, but maybe I'll have to pull that plate out and try again. Please respect my copyright and don't reproduce this image commercially! And thanks for your support of the arts!

very elegant, the use of light is wonderful, love the new bud with the aged flowers.
