hhmmmm....

one of VERY few images done on pre-inked scratchboard. it's just not a medium i'm really fond of. i prefer to do my own inking as it gives me more control as to where i have extensive white areas. the original is 9x12.

It may not be your favorite medium but, wow, this work is outstanding. I love how the bear is standing amongst the evergreens, looking so alert and inquisitive. Fantastic detailing! The tips of his fur look soft and highlighted--beautiful!!
