This is #5 of "The Perfect Day" series, beginning with #210..... After eating a delicious lunch we headed for the lake...not far. Our destination was the ridge above the lake, our other favorite lunch spot (above the rockface just right of center, below the top of ridge). We headed from the south end of the lake to the north end of the loop, where the trail is not as steep and easier to find in 8 inches of snow. I can't tell you how cool it is to be the only ones in paradise!!! I hope you feel like you are with us..... :)
