Pueblo

Here is one of my American Indian drawings. I drew this picture for the sake of my son and his people in New Mexico. These eyes are exactally like his father Joe's eyes. And the twinkle he has. I had to take pictures of this to send thru my computer in order for them to be on this website. It's a shame that I am not using my scanner right now, because it is a very excellent scanner, and would catch all the details. My son is Zuni-pueblo/navajo. They have very very high cheek bones and very deep set eyes. This Image is not for sale.

I am also an Native American Artist. I also agree that this work is good. But does need more details in the face and shadings to lighter and darker would also help. Other wise is not a bad picture. I believe that most NA art is better done by Native Americans who know the feelings and way of the true life we lead. I have also been an artist for many years and have sold many pieces of my work. I have sold here in the USA and also over seas. I have had many showings of my art. I think with more work and time this will improve. Best of luck and happy drawing R Ruby

Not bad at all. But, since I am a native american artist and have been for years I would like to see more detail in the face. If one has not lived the life of an NA then I think it is harder to have more details in the face and no what one is feeling and how they do and did feel. R. IronHawk
