Beyond Tomorrow

How far away is tomorrow? As I abide between the two great eternities. The eons before I was and the great immensity yet to come. I sit and ponder why? Why is there anything at all? Why do I exist? I suspect we all have at times thought those very same thoughts. I give no concrete answers here for that conundrum only questions yet to be resolved for some future moment when more will be revealed and my questions will be no more. Until such a time I am here with my nightly dreams of worlds undiscovered and adventures yet to be. I have been given the gift of imagination and dreams. It is the Creator's way of allowing me to see how vast and magnificent the Beloved's hand has moved throughout the universe. I am like a news reporter relating the stories that he has seen and witnessed with words and pictures. Accounts of the Love that the Creator has lavished upon the Cosmos and it's inhabitants. With my oils, brushes and canvas I attempt to detail that infinite Love that has been given to us all. We bathe in the Light that has sparked so brilliantly even before time began. It's radiance showers upon every corner of the great Immensity. No where is it's luminosity not felt. Such is the Love of God so abundant and free. Such is that Love that we all share. visionary imagist "Joey"

Isn't it amazing how space can make you realize that as a race we are not alone. Wonderful oil painting that comes to life! My son says this reminds him of Star Wars. LOL

Artist Reply: Jessica: Tell your son that the "force" is strong in him. I am glad that he enjoyed my little oil too. It is a very very huge universe for there to be life only on one little blue planet. thanks again!

exquisite work and wonderful commentary--amazing space mythology redered . Does it have to be a reason? Pure existence, the contemplation of the mind of God--the still point--zen.

Why are we here? There has to be a reason, but what is the reason? You have our mind working over-time again."What a beautiful oil painting to look at, while we ponder on your words!!"

Artist Reply: Maria: To travel to where I have not yet been. To ask questions that have no answer here. What fun there is in mystery. I enjoy not knowing the answers just the questions. Such is the life of this artist. Thanks as always my friend.

Was reflecting on "Before the Beginning" and "After the End" Our ability to percieve that concept is shaped by the nature of experiencing life. Hard to pin point that first moment in my life of consciousness. I woke this morning to experience creation anew, and know I will enter into a slumber at its end. I have evidence that there was a yesterday, and there will be a tomorrow. I only have proof that there is now.

Artist Reply: Timothy: Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my oil painting. It is greatly appreciated.
