Yay! Zoids Fanart! This is Axi, my Organoid character (no, he's not just a floating head) from most Zoids rps and my ficcy-in-works. As his name suggests, yes, he does quote famous proverbs a lot. Zoids and Organoids are owned by Tomy and Hasbro.
