Polar Dreams

Do animals dream? I wonder? I have watched my dog and my cat when they are sleeping and it appears to me that they are dreaming. I don't believe that dreams are just the province of us humans. The universe of the mind is much more magical than that. So vast and all encompassing that to think prosaically is, to say the very least, limiting. Why not then allow ourselves to imagine the unimaginable, to think anew and fresh, vibrant and alive with the wonder that only dreams can fashion. A new framework erected with the opulence and prosperity that is infinite and immeasurable. In dreams everything is possible. Nothing can escape the magic of dreams. So dream and may your dreams always be spacious and may you always expect unexpected miracles in your life. visionary imagist "Joey"

A DREAM piece of art! So very wonderful. Your moon is making me happy; the child in us will be touched by this image, sure of that! Thanks for sharing Joey!

Artist Reply: Annette: The older I become the more of the fanciful child in me wonders and returns to remind me that he is still inside. my art has kept me young, I believe. Thanks for noticing the child in all of us. As always your friend across the seas, Joey.

This is wonderful! Very peaceful...I agree, I believe animals do dream! I found this info on an animal totem site and I htought you might like it: The polar is known as the "Ice Man" in some native tribes because of its preferences for hunting on sea ice. The environment in which it appears to us is symbolic. If the polar were spotted walking on ice its message would be connected to the frozen emotions stored within oneself and the need for allowing those emotions to express themselves. If it is seen foraging for food, nourishment and replenishment of the body, mind and spirit would be its message. It is important to watch the polar bear to understand what it is trying to tell you. When it enters your life the awakening of your own true colors is at hand.

Artist Reply: Jessica: Wow! What a great comment. Thank you for the insight into the totem. I will remember and cherish it's meanings. I look forward to more of your art as well. Thanks for sharing with me your kindness and wisdom.
