The Old Man

This painting is in part a study from Rembrant's older people he got into painting. I understand the interest in wanting to capture the times behind the faces. A very difficult subject, Mark, and you have made a good job of it! I very much like the way that you have got lots of different colours into the beard to give it life and depth.
