whew.............fonts are many, design, especially for covers are minimal......catchy, visually appealling, when I direct my crew, we try to be SIMPLE & direct.I'm instructing, how we're you graded on this?

comments do not need to be softened they just need to be explained and not left in phrases for the artist to guess what you mean...i like to hear what people have to say whether i agree or not

As a student it's a nice effort, but if you'll look into a few design magazines such sa HOW, or Communication Arts or Eye, you will find that contemporary design looks at how the type is clustered, how elegant the typeface is ,and how the arrangement is placed on the page in relation to the overall layout. There are things to be concerned with such as leading, kerning, and sensitivity. If you want to be a graphic designerr, I suggest these books, "The end of print", the History of Graphic Design, Typographhy 22 and look at the work of Art Chantry, April Greimann, Shepard Fairey, Jeremy Dean and lots lots more.

Nice layout. Festive feel and the fonts are fine.

thats why i didnt turn it in for a grade...and i didnt take offense it just doesnt make sense when people say a short phrase for a response and dont explain

Melissa Rinaldi 12 Dec 2003

there are too many fonts, and filters, the design gets lost.....I think this is what was meant, not offense

Tamara Paylor 11 Dec 2003

what do you mean work on your fonts? explain please

Shamara Lobo 10 Nov 2003

Melissa Rinaldi 10 Nov 2003
