Old Train Station in Eureka Springs. Ar. Still run

THIS IS AN OLD TRAIN STATION UP FROM MY CABIN THAT STILL RUNS AND HAS OLD TRAIN ARTIFACTS AND ENGINES AND CARS FROM DECADES AGO. VERY INTERESTING AND BEAUTIFUL TO LOOK AT. PAINTOGRAPHY BY MICHAEL FORBUS QUOTE BY MAYA ANGELOU "PERHAPS TRAVEL CANNOT PREVENT BIGOTRY, BUT BY DEMONSTRATING THAT ALL PEOPLES CRY, LAUGH, EAT, WORRY AND DIE, IT CAN INTRODUCE THE IDEA THAT IF WE TRY TO UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER, WE MAY EVEN BECOME FRIENDS."

TOTALLY SPLENDID WORK AND GREAT EFFECTS ADDED

Artist Reply: Nira, my friend thank you so much. I get to see this station often. It is a small way down the road from me and the old locamotives and train cars. Years of use and many bodies taken to their destinations. What a lovely thought. I am always so grateful to hear from you. You are very kind. I pray that this finds you and your family healthy and happy. Michael

Asparagus - You know M back in the day in advertising we would often use the Japanese technique of recognition where by we'd use a seemingly unrelated term to draw attention to packaging or what have you - has nothing to do with your gorgeous pic here, but apparently a gamma ray struck a neuron and as it began to fire electrically in it's death spasms, that concept swept across my consciousness punctuated with the word Asparagus an old recognition phrase from the old days - Life is funny sometimes, eh? :0)

Artist Reply: Chas, you would be so surprised to know that there is wild asparagus growing all around the fields of that train station. You must have an ability to use Shibumi, that art of being in an effortless state of grace. My kindest regards to one of the great creative minds of my era. I bow to your wit and wisdom (and by the way your bad-assed art.) Live it up, Michael
