This Sweet 16 Ceremony was so heartwarming showing the importance of that little girl becoming a woman with all of her loved ones ushering her forward Each article was Blessed by the Priest who traveled from another country then placed on lace adorned pillows and carried by children to this Celebration Hall where Marcia's Father placed the shoes (high heels) signifying Womanhood on her feet and her Mother placed a Tiara or Crown on the head of her Princess. It was quite overwhelming not only for Marcia but for the multitude of witnesses.
