... so let each examine themselves before partaking of this sacrament ... if you have a problem with your brother or know he has one with you SETTLE IT before you consume the broken body of Christ who bore the stripes for you ... if you have wronged someone or lied ... ASK FORGIVENESS before you drink of the spilled blood He shed for you ... if you do not settle your issues with your brother...your sister ... your co worker ...your Mother ..your Father ... and ask forgiveness from not only God but of them whom you hurt ... you are taking the sacrament unworthily and bring damnation upon yourself not discerning the Lord's body 1Corinthians 11:29
