'When I am...completely myself,entirely alone...or during the night when I cannot sleep, it is on such occasions that my ideas flow best and most abundantly. Whence and how these come I know not nor can I force them...Nor do I hear in my imagination the parts successively, but I hear them gleich alles zusammen (at the same time all together). -Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart- This didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. I was trying to do a more 'intimate' portrait. I gleaned from all the Mozart portraits I could find, but this is based mostly on the painting by Barbara Krafft. Colored pencil on Canson paper.

Beautiful work. Even though everything is right on. What I love the most of this, is how you put his wrinkles on his face from his fist. Excellent job.
