attended a pastel/oil pastel class at blick chicago a month ago, didn't expect we're about to do self-portraits. the art teachers were students of columbia college. it was for free, saw at least 8 students on the registration list. i was the only one who made it... got too excited eh? :))) they emphasized use of vibrant colors other than the normal earth tones in making portraits. it was fun...
