Locustidae

This little gal was just such a perfect little model, I kept having difficulty trying to defog my glasses constantly between frames till i got a perfect close up. I had to literally get up to 1/2 inch away from her to capture this. She/he remained till i accidently hit the button for flash but managed to catch this amazing shot before she finally flew off in utter disgust with me, I hope i didnt permanmently blind her/him...lol.....Taken with a Olympus Camedia Digital Camera D-560 Zoom. this locust looks so real Lisa superb work too

Artist Reply: Thats because it is a real locust/grasshopper, this is not a 3d rendering...I even said so in the image info...youre so silly, dang if that was a 3d render i'd be considered a master. I actually do some photography on the side too.
