Sunbathing Squirrel

We went to Carmel and a bit farther down the CA coast this weekend. At the beach in Carmel, my husband pointed out this little fellow sunbathing. I was surprised he let me get that close to him. He did seem a little put out I was interrupting his sunbathing though :-)

Artist Reply: Thanks John :-) I thought he was pretty cute all stretched out sunbathing. Just wish I could have either gotten closer or had a camera with a telephoto lense!
