Michael, this is one of those images that strikes at the heart and mind. For me there is a sense of trying to ward off the inevitable and yet at the same time an open-handed acceptance of that which we can't prevent. Very powerful and moving! True art moves the viewer! I love it!

I particularly like this one. There's no effort but to see the common human nature of a forceful mark, an implied effort to sustain, and a grudging loss marked by a petrified record.
