Artist Reply: Thanks so much, Cathy. Did this while camping...one of my favorite things to do. It was also one of my favorite paintings to create because of the colours I used. I don't paint outside, but inside a screened room and paint from my head. The en plen air has no appeal for me.

The colors are magnificent! I love how you used yellow red, grey, and a little ting of purple for a sunset! It's a nice change from the pinks and blues

Artist Reply: Thank you annette, you are always so kind and enthusiastic...great encouragement to carry on!! I used to live near there. It is very similar to where we live now as it is a marsh on the prairies. We have sunsets like these very quite often in the summer.
