One Second After the Big Bang

In moments of solitude as I gaze upon the night sky. I sit and wonder how the life that flows through my veins had it's start in some former explosive moment eons ago. Some say that we are star stuff and that warms my very being and connects me to all that there is. You and I are brother Sun and sister Moon. We only appear different to those who cannot see. Those who can see, know. Those who cannot, will not. It is like an eternal game of hide and seek that we play with each other and our God. So here is my hope that in this game of hide and seek, that we play, it will lead us eventually to the depths of our being and that we will know that we are all one. visionary imagist "Joey"

some have described time and consciousness not as linear, but as spherical--everything radiating out from the center--this is a grand interpretation of the universe. fine work of art.

Artist Reply: Joe: I do enjoy reading the new ideas and theories on the expansion of time and the cosmos. Can't say that I can understand it all but I still enjoy reading and speculating about that subject. Thanks for the great comment.

I love astronomy and cosmology, nice to see a "new" artist with a fresh perspective to illustrate the universe as it exists in the inner and outer mind and reality.

Artist Reply: Greg: Thanks for taking the time and commenting on my oil painting. I do so appreciate you doing so. Stop back again anytime.

Love this, Joey..I am not sure, but I think it was Nicholas Black Elk that said, Every thing that is(of the natural world) Is a circle..right down to the smallest particals of an atom. This also makes me think of Easter sunday, when I sang in my church choir..The opening of the Halleluja (SP?) chorus, the old Casavant Organ would begin to boom tremendous tones through the huge brass pipes, and sound emerged in a cacaphony of melodious heart beating tones.

Artist Reply: Margaret: The words that you have written are most cherished by me. The elegance and descriptions of that moment in the choir have catapulted my soul to that very place. I truly appreciate your sharing and I thank you for your description. I will search for this Nicholas Black Elk. His soul speaks to me. Have you ever read the words of Chief Seattle? Margaret thank you for sharing with me. You have gladden my heart!!

boom - bang - brilliant sounding interpretation, Joey - by the way one of my favorite Genesis-Stories can be found at "The Tales of the Robots" by Stanislaw Lem...

Artist Reply: Doris: Thanks for your viewing my artwork. I do appreciate your input. I will check out that story "Tales of the Robots"

Joey, super art!!! All the forms, the colours, it's doing something with me again!

Artist Reply: Annette: The use of bright colors and 3-D action was employed to help create that explosive moment. I tried as best, as this mere artist could, to capture that exspansive event.
