Artist Reply: Hi, Richard. Thank you!! First. the background is from the inside of some old fashioned three ring sheet protectors that were discarded in my office. The media is first, outlined in white pencil, then prisma color pencils. I used white-out to get the edges really white, then colored the rest in with color pencils. After that, I doctored it up with Paint program from Microsoft Windows. Whew, it was very frustrating too.
