The Passing Of Rose Marie

...the wind slapped her face painfully Rose Marie blinked allowing the release of a single tear. She hugged herself as the roar grew louder. All was chaos...but all was settled. The sun began to fall at a great velocity into the sea. When all was in darkness, the fell creatures relieved themselves from the waters . The murkiness enveloped her, calling her in, beckoning her deeper. She lifted her skirts and waded into the laping waves. Rose Marie heard her grandmother call her name like a wolf howling in the wind. Then she was surrounded by a silence of an absolute sort and a darkness that belongs in the depth of the soul. Then she was gone......Rose Marie was no more. ( Mell Kerr ) Daz/PS7.....so hauntingly sad..
