The Dove Cloud

'The Dove Cloud' is my newest painting of a cloud that appears to be a dove. The dove hovers over the trees, gently, as the sun's rays pass right through it. A slight mist remains on the ground, as it passes in and out of the tree's bottoms. In the middle of the painting -- on the ground, you can see a log and to the left, a large rock sits. You can also see a small mushroom, as it sits alone. $375.00 This is a painting! Done on Matte Canvas 20 x 24 All four sides are painted, so there is no need for a frame. This painting was not painted, normally. In fact, the entire thing was done using a new technique that I created. I decided to call the technique, 'Dabbing.' Fair warning...there isn't a normal stroke on the entire painting, but the dabbing technique is quite visible, and unique -- as you can plainly see, if you use your magnifier in Internet Explorer. The technique gives the painting a very soft touch, with a strength around the dove and trees. If you would like more information about the technique, feel free to contact me.
