This is my son Levi and he was in Hawaii suba diving. I did this for fun and for a group I belong to..PSPClass2. The tut for the technic can be found here ...thanks for looking :)

Artist Reply: i posted the link on how to do that. its a mask but i never follow tuts to a T. i always add my own artistic licence. i think it was the colors in the image and blend modes i used that made it look so cool.. thanks for the comment chas :)
