This is the second of one of these style pictures, the first is in my VCL archive if anyone wants to see it. I wanted to attach a story to this as I did with the first, but nothing came to mind. Still these are fun to do and really simple ^^

Ooh, creepy lighting there, Neon. Hmm...I'd almost say this is how Detrossians came to be, the melding of a dragon and a humanoid...but it's your piccie, thus you should be the one to come up with a story behind this.
