Dandenong Ranges

We went to Dandenong in 2006 where there are lots of ferns at the bottom of the valley, I have had this rattling around in my head for a few months , as I wanted to use enamel paints in a work, came up with this after working on a very hot day in Melbourne so some of my sweat is actually in the painting

This work really does remind me of the Dandenong Ranges. The bush in places is so dence and layerd, the colour baffled me a little when I first viewed the piece, but after reading the description of a hot day i understand. You are createing a mood with the colour and are very successfull. Well done.
