The Suspension Bridge

(Nov 2004, Carbon Glacier Trail.) My big question about this very cool bridge is..how did they get all the materials to build this thing up here?? There are no roads, it could only be brought by helicopter and this isn't the easiest place to fly in. The bridge is only 20 ft. above the river, but the bridge starts to wave with the very first step. By the time you get to the middle it's bouncing pretty well. You need to stay a while in order to take photos from the center. The sign on the post says, "One person on the bridge at a time." Ok, by me...
