Last Christmas

Picture of my daughter isabella (youngest) and her cousin Alana. I had promised to draw this for my father in-law for a year now and finaly got around to doing it. I didn;t think the out come was going to be good but I was somewhat wrong I do like parts of it.

Your work turned out great. You should try and use a couple of different pencils(2B-4B) and you'll see the difference. They are a bit softer and darker and then smudge it with a Q-tip.It's a trick my sister taught me and it works great,I love the expressions!Great work

Artist Reply: Im working with limited tools so to say at the moment.. I have had and used different pencils but at the moment can afford even cheap pencils (christmas broke lol) but thanks maybe I should save some money for a set!
Artist Reply: Q-tip...hmm never thought of that i have been using rolled up paper in the shape of a pencil

Wonderful expression on the childrens faces, you have something to work on there, children are really the hardest to draw I think and you have done a really good job.
