This painting is for a friend that was discussing some ideas one night. This is what I came up with...the stages of spiritual growth. Your mind is clouded with darkness and as your connection with God becomes stronger your mind frees of burdens and darkness. I shined the outer surface of the edges in a circle to represent coming into the light and the fact that life is dull and you feel small. As your faith grows you grow. In the end you make a choice...a path with Christ or one without...Free your mind!
