Christmas Lights

A string of Christmas lights strung along an older house. You have no idea if this is during the Christmas season, or if they were just left up there from Christmas and it is actually the 4th of July there right now.

Artist Reply: THX!!! That was exactly what I wanted this painting to be...a mystery in the time. It could be during the Christmas Season, or as you say here, it could be the middle of summer and it still stands and waits for someone to turn on the electricity!
