This was my last project in oil in highschool. This is why I don't do oil paintings. I leave much to be desired, and as always, I try or have tried. I never finished this painting, but I did try today to add a bit for the finish with digital paint at the bottom.(not skilled in digital paint either).

I think it's winderful! Lovely color, good composition..But I agree, oils are difficult. Good job!

Artist Reply: Thanks, Margaret! I bought some oils, brushes, canvases 3 months ago, yet can't seem to get inspired or get enough gumption, to do it. I will, though, I hope. :))

I'd like to be there walking, basking in the beauty and peace right now.

Artist Reply: Thank you, guest! It's a place I imagined I would love being in, so I tried to paint with the feeling I had imagineing it. I proud that you, too, would like to be there.

Truly magnificant artwork. So gentle and peaceful.

Artist Reply: Thank you Lynn! I tried to think of a safe haven. Someplace I, or anyone could go to feel restful, and homespun warmth out of doors.
