This is a conceptual charicature of Timmy. If you didn't notice his figure is based on Jack Skelington's skinny body. The monster he is holding is based on an image I found in one of his sketchbooks that I thought was very creative. I guess this animal is made up of many smaller animals that combine as a defense mechanism agsinst predators. Pretty interesting huh? Tim's feeding of this creative monster is a metaphor for how he feeds his own weird yet unique sense of creativity.
