I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED CLOWNS AND THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. I DON'T KNOW THE ARTIST NAME BUT FOR PRACTICE I WANTED TO DRAW HIM IN CHARCOAL TO SEE HOW HE WOULD TURN OUT. THANKS FOR LOOKING
