Our Lady of Smolensk (2006)

Our Lady of Smolensk is seen in front of the Novodivichy Monastery where she hangs. Legend has it that this icon was painted by St. Luke, the physician, himself. Although unlikely, I do know that doctors can also be artists (or at least they try).
