Elegant Kalidiscope

This is a design I created using Painter IX.5, Corel Paint Shop Por X and using my Wacom tablet & stylus pen. I manipulated design, colors, elements and effects to create this design. I also used Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

Truly elegant bejeweled mandala...

again another super design.....very rich in colors.

Artist Reply: Thanks Tazda! I used to dream about all the rich fabrics a queen or princes would wear as a child. I would be fascinated when I saw something in a book or in a painting. How long and hard the fabrics were to make so long ago with the way they had to make them then. Admire those that create such intricate work. Not to meantion all the bead work and lace that was often added in afterwards to embellesh it.

Artist Reply: LOL! That's what it looks like! I kept thinging that it reminded me of something. DUH! I do love the rug designs and textiles. Always was impressed with complex designs and all the hard work it took to make it.

awesome colors... very elegant...

Artist Reply: Thanks Blue Doll, I'm trying to learn to make my own fabrics for fairy and fantasy fashion, but not sure yet how to put on a figure. I'll figure it out eventually. May look into some of the software that may help, if I can find any.

GREAT COLORS TERRY

Artist Reply: Thanks Loredana! Now if I can figure out how to fold and drape the designs into fabric for fantasy figures to wear, I'll be set to create my fairies and such. Looking into to it now. Meanwhile, building up designs to use.

Terry, such a rich and jeweled piece of art, great work. You have been busy getting greater and greater. Michael

Artist Reply: Thanks Michael! I am going to be focusing more on my work, and less on other things. I am learning fast, and taking time to learn more. I'm a late bloomer art wise that is. Making up for lost time. I'm interested in doing some textured and fiber work on canvas. Just have to watch out for fibers I'll be allergic to. Will be moving sometime this year, and will set up a good size art studio room to work in, and a garden to inspire me as well.
