Stormy Sunset

Often in the summer in the Arizona desert skies, I see incredible skys, such as this one. We get wild storms that build up quickly, blast past us, and make amazing skies to view in awe. I took this one from my front steps. There is beauty in the desert sky, often is is stunning to view. A storm was brewing and it let loose about 20 minutes later, winds gusted up to 60 miles per hour, and it broke the top half of a favorite tree off in during the storm.

Artist Reply: Thanks Jerry! It is one treasure that the desert shares with us each day. The sky is often clear and blue, or spactacular sunsets. I love that I can just step outside and see such beauty. Never fails to awe me.
