I drew this portrait of one fine young man, Erik, who was tragically killed this year. There are no words to describe the loss. I was inspired to share this with you. God's everlasting love is... "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God that justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Chist? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness or peril, or sword? As it is written: "For your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who who loved us. For I am pursuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 8:31-39 We have an awesome God, That respects every single person on this tiny planet, Earth. He allows us to choose freely. Satan on the other hand, we need to see that he is real too. He gives no choice. He doesnt care about you at all. Dear Friends, we are living in tough times, and its going to get tougher. Just remember...Jesus hears you and he's knocking at your door. I recommand you let Him in..He'll change your life...He's changed mine. I look forward to seeing Erik again reunited in Christ.

Greetings Melissa, How tender this is to see and wonderful to know that you feel so strongly about the Savior Jesus Christ. Blessed is he that gives and takes away but gives again...for he has the words of eternal life. You are an incredible person...I admire your talent and wise spirit...God be with you in all you do and comfort you in all your losses. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, life and time here. I am sorry that your friend is gone, but as you said, he is with God now and in a better place. In Christ to die is gain and there is no death in his life. You know a great truth many need to share.
