tarumara- The race of invicibles

these poeple dont know much about war but rather much about the everyday battles they face. We worry about paying for wars over seas they worry about surviving here and now. If a tear would be worth any value by the importance of its cause, imagine the value of a single tear coming from the mother that doesnt sleep because her child is hungry. imagine the value of of a single tear one of these children spill ,because they born in a world that doesnt want them. yet we find more important and valuable things to fight and die for...things more important than love or life. Art is the only way an artist to portrait his/her emotions on the matter. This photo was taken while they stood by and observed the rest of the world ignore them... Arturo Lopez spraycasso studios

Oh...I agree totally with Julie! You send us these photo's and that is very good to open the eyes of those who are sleeping! Great Arturo! Money for making war but less money to feed! Shame!

This is such a touching and poignant shot, Arturo. One of my majors in college was Spanish and I went to Mexico City for a summer to the University of Mexico. I will never the poverty and pain on some of th and suffering of the people who unfortunately have too many kids to be able to care for or nourish. It is such a sad situation and instead of funding money into sensless wars in this country, we should be helping poor children all over the world. Your have the ability to touch so many hearts with your photographs that reflect the reality that many people would prefer to deny or ignore. If you have not done a series of these photographs since poverty is often focused on African children, it would make a great subject for a photographer of photojournalist so many some people in our country could be reminded that we can help those in need rather than destroying our own youth in a senseless and tragic war. You have the skills to bring this problem out into the light with your heartbreaking photographs. I wish I was there to help this poor family.
