Copyright 2006 DC Comics I'm not the type to do drawings based on established characters, but I did this piece for the nephew of a good friend of mine. He's a big fan of the Flash, and I promised him I'd do the illo. I decided to give it a bit of a retro look, and to make the background look like the registration of a four- color print was a bit off.
