And this heart, for you

yes, i have attempted to tackle the human hand again. and i think it worked. heh, not only did i draw a hand, i drew it in a pose where i was forced for foreshorten! im very proud of this peice. i know its not clean, i know, but it was drawn during one of those nights where i couldnt sleep for so many reasons. the title (and phrase in the picture) is from Paul Hughes' Silverthought trilogy; you should read it. something about it changes you. but anyway, i spent maybe 3 hours on this, most of which was spent on those blasted fingers. i think i got them mostly right, although i've just noticed (far too late) that the line closest to the fingers is too far away :( but oh well. i used my own hand as model. let me know what you think of this!
