I have an uber-large version of this on my computer (as the original's A3), but you've lost most of the detail in this small one... (-Cries-) However! If you have better eyesight than me, there's like... um... a temple in the background, and you can see the veranda for that one through the gateway, and there's bricks on the wall there, and the tree... god, the bark on the tree killed me... and then all the floorboards! o_o What was I thinking? ^^; Even all the woodgrain is in perspective... Ahah, I abuse my vanishing points ^^; So... um... inspired by when I visited Japan, I guess ^^; I wanted to draw Utsumeha again... He's so pretty :D And not an elf, damnit! -Shakes fist- Everyone says he is... but still, he's a full demon ^_^ So pretty! Wait... I already said that... I meant the scroll on his lap to be his studies, but I couldn't think what might be written there, so I tried writing a summary of the story he's in (a Saiyuki fanfic of Kit's); forgive my terrible Japanese XD I know... so many mistakes... I've come to hate this piece 'cause of them, but everyone seems to like it, so I can't complain ^^; Also... all the shading was done by hand - I really want to work with screentones but I don't know how to; the thought intimidates me XD Ooh, yes! I drew this originally for Kit, so she's been given the original and the final print ^_^ Aheh, running out of things to say XD Um, I won't be doing anything else this insane, 'cause the detail seriously killed me XD I want his trouserrrrs~! <3 Ooh- and I forget where the paper stock comes from, but if anyone can help me out on that, I'll credit the DA artist straight away =)
