The Piano...1984..or 85,not sure...

Watercolour 35 cm x 50 cm.
Another early work of mine. This was part of my parents living-room ,at that time........And there stood my Piano.....Another work ,which definitely bring back youth memories, sounds...and a place...that was once, our apartment in Ramat - Gan ,Israel....
Everything changed really since.

Is that a "Hooka" I see on the right side? Ah Ha ! Just kidding Niri.......hahahahahahaha.......Great rendering of the past........it's always great to lOOk back to see what we did then and how far we've come today!!!

Artist Reply: YES...Thomi...its a "Hooka"...we didn't use it though, but it was an item to decorate houses ,that time...there are people who use it for smoking,YES...In israel...Especcially Bedouin tribesman ...But we,like many other people liked it as a decorative item...actually this painting, does not show all of it ,...but the bottom part of it,was very very beautiful...made of brass, pelisse ,with decorative ornamental carving, engraving ...we gave it to someone, after it was alot of years with us......I also had a "Hooka",made of glass..painted beautifully,of - course only as a decorative item...SINCE...Personally i never smoke...even not one cigarette in my life....thanks for your comments ,my dear friend...i hope..all is ready for your exhibition...:-))
