I had to laugh at the way this one came out. I started thinking of penquins! It was an odd outcome, be I like the results. Another for my Pepper Mania gallery. I will have to go in search of peppers on my vacation this summer. At least, for hot sauces! I manipulated the photo I took of peppers in a bowl with Corel software.

Artist Reply: Thanks Deborah! I've always been one to play with food, and love to make it appealing artisclly if possible. This one looks like one of the cooking activities I would do with teaching cooking with children. We make fun food displays, then eat it. By making the foods fun, the kids will try them, and often go home with receipes to do at home. Good nutrition and cooking are good lifeskills to teach, and a fun one for me to do. I will have to do some prints of these and do a pepper mania activity next year. Minus the very hot peppers.

Artist Reply: Thanks Thea!!! Most went into some chili I made that night, some I munched on as there were, the rest I feed to the local wildlife. The prairie dogs loved them.
