Colt

A commissioned piece of a foal (colt) a few hours after he was born... such a wonderful piece to work on! The real challange in this was retaining the gorgeous wrinkles in the fur of the little newborn.

This looks almost like a black and white watercolour to me. Its lovely, like brushstrokes:)
